An experience may feel meaningful, difficult or confusing. In one-to-one sessions we explore what arose without deciding in advance what it must mean or what you should change.
Bring it into daily life
We can look at emotions, relationships and choices at your pace. Sometimes integration means trying something new; sometimes it means giving the experience time. The conversations follow your questions and circumstances.
Sessions in Sweden
You can meet with a licensed psychologist at A New Path by video or at our practice in Linköping. You are welcome whether your experience took place on our retreat or elsewhere. Sessions are individual, with confidentiality and personal information handled according to the rules applicable to the service.
